Most therapists only see part of the picture.

A lot of therapists work with kids, or adults, or couples, but rarely all of it. So families end up bouncing between three different providers, one for the child, one for the relationship, one for individual stress, and nobody sees the whole picture at once.

The child only therapist

Works with your child one on one, but never with the family system shaping their world.

The individual only therapist

Solid one on one support, but doesn't see couples or work with kids at all.

Adam, support across the whole family

Kids, teens, adults, couples, and families, all working from the same understanding of what's actually going on at home.

You're in the Right Place If…

Whatever you're carrying, there's room for it here.

01

Your child, ages 6 to 12, is struggling with big emotions, school stress, or behavior, and you want in person, hands on support they'll actually respond to.

02

You're a teenager or adult feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stretched too thin, and you want practical tools, not just someone to talk at.

03

You and your partner, or your whole family, are having a hard time communicating, and you want a therapist who can work with more than one of you.

Meet Adam Howell, LCMHC

Practical, individualized therapy for the whole family

Kids (6–12) · Teens · Adults · Couples · Families

Adam works with children ages 6 to 12, teens, adults, couples, and families, building a space where every client feels heard, understood, and never rushed. Known for a calm, relaxed presence, he believes real change starts with trust, so every plan is built around what actually fits the person in front of him.
Some clients want open conversation. Others want structure: worksheets, skill building, a clear plan for the week ahead. Adam blends both and adjusts as he goes, so therapy never feels like a one size fits all program.
"Therapy should fit the person, not the other way around."

Outside the office, Adam’s own curiosity, through travel, music, and always learning something new, is part of what makes it easy for clients from all kinds of backgrounds to open up to him.
