Teens (15+) & Adults | Trauma, Anxiety, OCD, Eating Disorders, Attachment Wounds

Have you or your teen struggled with trauma, anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, or an attachment wound?

Have you or your teen “tucked away” feelings, expectations, and parts of yourself —maybe out of fear of being misunderstood, dismissed, or told you’re “too much”?  Do you feel:

  • Like you’re constantly walking on eggshells, trying to please everyone but yourself.
  • Unheard or invalidated, even by the people closest to you.
  • Overwhelmed by anxiety, trauma memories, or patterns that feel impossible to break.
  • Disconnected from who you really are or unsure if you’ve ever felt truly seen.
  • Exhausted by the weight of family dynamics, cultural expectations, or systemic pressures.
  • Ready to heal, but unsure where to begin.

You don’t have to keep doing this alone. Therapy is your space to feel seen, understood, and supported as you reconnect with yourself. Together, we’ll work toward healing the parts of you that learned to survive in chaos—so you can begin to thrive in peace.

Ashleigh Hart, LMFT. She specializes in working with teens (15+) and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, and attachment wounds.

Meet Ashleigh Hart, LMFT

Ashleigh specializes in working with teens (15+) and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, and attachment wounds. Her approach honors both the individual and the systems in which they exist—whether that’s family, culture, or community.

She’s passionate about helping clients who feel out of control, not good enough, or disconnected from their families. Her hope is for each person she works with to rediscover who they are—to love themselves fully and establish healthy, confident boundaries in every area of their life. You or your teen can find your voice.

Ashleigh’s background includes extensive experience in systemic and crisis work, supporting clients through situations that feel “too big” or “too much.” She brings specialized training in informed sex therapy, eating disorders, and DBT-informed care. She has worked closely with military families and culturally diverse communities, including those of Chinese, Latino, and African American descent. Ashleigh is also deeply committed to challenging stereotypes, particularly those that affect Black mothers and families.

What Therapy with Ashleigh Feels Like

Here’s what you can expect:

  • A Space of Belonging: You’ll feel wanted, loved, and like the most important person in the room.
  • Honest & Grounded Support: Asheligh is very direct but always caring—she’ll validate you, celebrate you, and gently challenge you to grow.
  • Radical Acceptance: Nothing is too messy or too heavy to bring into your sessions.
  • Empowerment & Hope: You’ll be reminded, again and again, that you are not broken—you are human, capable, and inherently worthy.

Ashleigh believes that healing begins when you feel truly seen and accepted. In therapy, you don’t have to hide or hold back. You get to show up as your full self—and be met with understanding, respect, and care.
