Outpatient Therapist

  • Integrated Care Option – Collaborate with our in-house Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to support clients who benefit from medication management, ensuring continuity of care and improved outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain a caseload of:
  • 25 sessions/week for full-time
  • 18 sessions/week for part-time
  • Complete assessments, treatment plans, and documentation within 24 hours
  • Proactively engage and retain clients (including outreach to inactive clients)
  • Communicate availability with the admin team
  • Contribute to a welcoming, trauma-informed office culture
  • Work primarily in person, with hybrid flexibility
  • At least one evening per week required

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology
  • Active NC license (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT)
  • Experience in outpatient therapy or private practice preferred
  • Comfort with EHR and telehealth platforms
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Compensation

We offer competitive W-2 hourly pay, with the exact rate based on your experience and the caseload you’re looking to maintain. Benefits are available for full time employees.
